Cream Edition Tincture

The Cream tincture is our original formulation designed for women and is considered "safe" for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding seasons. We understand that preferences for what’s deemed “safe” can vary, and some individuals choose to avoid Ashwagandha, which is an ingredient found in our Black tincture, while pregnant. Ultimately, the difference between the two lies in your personal preference regarding the ingredients included in each.

While it's not at all necessary to cycle on and off tinctures, we recommend following cues from your body in different seasons of life. Our tinctures are crafted from a unique blend of ancient herbs designed to support your body and can be used as much or as little as you prefer.

Feel free to incorporate the tinctures at any point throughout the day.  Establishing consistency by integrating them into one of your daily routines is what we recommend. Whether it’s the first thing you reach for when you come into your kitchen or with your morning coffee/herbal tea, in the middle of the day when you’re feeling a slump or last thing before bed. There are so many ways to incorporate tinctures during the day…just find what’s best for you.

Since everyone has a different biochemistry, herbs can affect each body differently. Maca can be energizing if it is taken by itself, but the synergistic blend of herbs should be balanced, as Ashwanganda and Saffron typically relax, for example. Using personal experience for your routine is best; if it keeps you awake at night, perhaps rotate to take in the morning instead.
